OVERVIEW AND PHILOSOPHY
 TverRomance is a full service matchmaking agency. By "full service," we mean that every step of the way, we will be there to make the logistics of the process as easy and comfortable as possible. From the moment you sign up, to the day you walk down the aisle, we are here for you. You will not be just another client to sell addresses to (we don't sell addresses anyway). You will be treated as a member of our family, someone for whom we will do everything to make happy.
What we are not is a company that just sells addresses or only provides interpreter services, etc. We feel that by offering a full service program, we have the ability to take away the guesswork and remove all of the hassles that could cost a significant amount of time and money, should you decide to go it alone. Our program may not be for everybody as some people like the independence of doing things on their own, however, if you want to make sure that you are doing everything right and want to avoid making mistakes - mistakes that almost every man makes in the beginning - then we may be right for you.
We will spend a lot of time getting to know you, just as we spend time getting to know our female clients. We are matchmakers, not romance-tour operators. We will guide you in the right direction and advise you when you are being unrealistic.
GETTING STARTED
PROFILE FORM
When you first join our service, we ask you to complete the profile form and attach a photograph of yourself. We will then create a profile of you to make available for the women to see in our Tver office so that they can get to know a little bit about you as well. You will have 15 days after you register with us, during which you may correspond with any ladies in our program free of charge and get a feel of how our program works.
MEMBERSHIP
The next step in the process is becoming a member of TverRomance Dating Service and Marriage Agency. Membership is offered under BASIC and UNLIMITED plans and includes the ability to correspond with the women in our program, download their videos directly from our website, among other things. Before you begin writing to the women whom you find interesting, however, we recommend that you take a couple of additional steps to help ensure your success:
WISH LIST
When you become a member of our program, the next step is to create a "WISH LIST" of women whom you are interested in. After you e-mail us the list, we will do something that is unheard of in the matchmaking business: We will call each girl and invite her to the office so that she can view your profile and photos and decide if she would be interested in corresponding with you (and possibly meeting you). We will not just ask over the phone if a woman is still single, nor will we just assume that a woman would be interested in you based on her past preferences. We are matchmakers, who measure our success based on your success. There is no reason in our minds why you should pursue someone who is not interested in getting to know you. Period.
So, we will send you the results of this search and you should then begin writing letters, if you haven't already begun. Some women may come into the office the very day we call them, and for others (due to work and/or school schedules) it may take a little longer. Regardless, we will always make our best effort to get a response from the women on your list in a timely manner. As you proceed with your correspondence, you should be changing your wish list until you begin to narrow it down to the women whom you wish to meet in person when you arrive.
CORRESPONDENCE
Correspondence, as we have discussed, is a very important part of the process, and therefore, we put a lot of energy and emphasis into it. When you send a letter to a woman on your list that you wish to get to know (and who has agreed to get to know you), we will contact her immediately and translate it for her when she arrives. Our staff will translate and send her responses back to you as well.
 Now, here is the part of our process that we really feel differentiates our agency from the others: in addition to having a representative in your country (in most cases), you will also have direct access to your personal representative here in Tver, someone who will be responsible for handling your correspondence. This personalized service will benefit you greatly should you have questions about the letter writing process or about a particular woman - just ask your contact and she will respond immediately (in most cases the very next day).
You will see that the benefits of this type of service are enormous not only in that it is one additional way for you to get to know the women you are writing, but that we also get to know more about you. This will help us to suggest to you which women you may perhaps want to pursue as well as which women you may want to avoid.
PLANNING YOUR TRIP
Once you feel like you have laid enough groundwork, you should begin planning for your trip to Tver. There are two essential things that you will need prior to your trip:

Although you can get one in as little as 48 hours, we suggest that you allow about 3 weeks processing for the best prices and to avoid any potential problems. Contact your representative for recommendations and contact information. 2) AIRLINE TICKET
Airfares can fluctuate outwards of several hundred depending on airline, season, and point of departure. Popular airlines that fly into Moscow include Aeroflot, Delta, Lufthansa, and British Airways.

YOUR ARRIVAL IN RUSSIAWhen you arrive at the airport in Moscow , you will be met by one of your interpreters immediately after you pass through customs.
