Mission Statement

Program

1. Registration
   While you can browse our Site without registering, you will need to register in order to use our Services. When and if you register, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form ("Registration Data"), and to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete by e-mailing us to contact_us@tverromance.com. You agree that we may rely on your Registration Data as accurate, current and complete. You acknowledge that if your Registration Data is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site.
   
   TverRomance offers a free 15 day trial period for all Registered Users before becoming a Full Member ("Member") or purchasing Correspondence Credits, this is done in order to allow ALL Users the ability to view and see how the site works in its entirety with only limitations to its use, before joining as a Full Member or purchasing Correspondence Credits.
   
   Either you or TverRomance may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. All membership or correspondence credits fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you, which is brought to our attention.
   
   Your registration in the Service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your Access Information (see further), and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or enti ty.

2. User Name and Password.
   As part of the registration process, Personal Account ("Account") will be created and username and password ("Access Information") will be granted to you. As a Registered User, you are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third party. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify us by e-mailing us at contact_us@tverromance.com for prompt change of your password.
   
   
3. Full Membership
   a.   Term/Payment
               i. TverRomance offers Full Memberships in 1 month, 3 month and 6 month terms.
               ii. Renewals are offered at discounted prices for active accounts and at the original full prices for the accounts that have not been active for 7 or more days.
               iii. Full Membership terms begin on the day when payment has cleared, and Personal Account is activated. All transactions are manually reviewed prior to activating any of the Accounts. We allow ourselves up to 24 hours for this procedure.
               iv. Renewal terms begin on the day following the expiration of previous Membership terms if paid for before this day, or on the day when the next payment has cleared, and Personal Account is reactivated, should a break in your Membership term occur. All transactions are manually reviewed prior to activating any of the Accounts. We allow ourselves up to 24 hours for this procedure.
               v. Personal Accounts are deactivated on the day, following the expiration of Full Membership term. During the 7 days following the expiration of Full Membership term, renewals are available at discounted prices. After the 7 days, renewals are available at full prices.
   b.   Correspondence
               i. Full Memberships include unlimited email correspondence and translation services provided by TverRomance staff, for the duration of the Full Membership term.
               ii. TverRomance guarantees that all replies to correspondence from members are written (or verbally dictated to our staff) by those women in the program who are corresponded with. It is forbidden for any third-party, including TverRomance staff or interpreters, to represent or correspond on behalf of any woman in the program.
               iii. Personal contact information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, etc., will be deleted from all correspondence (see our Privacy Policy ).
               iv. Turn around time for correspondence is 3 to 7 days.
   c.  Profiles
               i. Photos and profiles of our Members are available at our Tver office for women in the program to view.
               ii. The staff of TverRomance makes every effort to ensure that the women in the program view Members' profiles prior to corresponding.
   d.  Videos
               i. Full Memberships include full access to video interviews, which are made available for download from our website (login and password required).
               ii. Videos may be delayed up to two weeks after new profiles are added to the website due to processing and encoding.
   e.  Telephone Communication
               i. Full Memberships include free 15 minutes per week of translated calling time. You may invite any lady in our program for a telephone conversation.
   
   
4. Correspondence Credits
   a.  Quantity/Payment
               i. TverRomance Correspondence Credits cover translation and correspondence services. Any number of credits may be purchased.
               ii. Credits are valid during the unlimited period of time, beginning on the day when payment has cleared, and Personal Account is activated. All transactions are manually reviewed prior to activating any of the accounts. We allow ourselves up to 24 hours for this procedure.
               iii. Additional Credits may be purchased at any time.
   b.  Correspondence
               i. One credit allows to send one letter to or receive one letter from one lady in our program. Each of the letters is translated and the recipients are notified.
               ii. All replies are translated to your language and e-mailed to you.
               iii. TverRomance guarantees that all replies are written (or verbally dictated to our staff) by those women in the program who are corresponded with. It is forbidden for any third-party, including TverRomance staff or interpreters, to represent or correspond on behalf of any woman in the program.
               iv. Personal contact information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, etc., will be deleted from all correspondence (see our Privacy Policy ).
               v. Turn around time for correspondence is 3 to 7 days.
   c.  Profiles
               i. Photos and profiles of all our Registered Users are available at our Tver office for women in the program to view
               ii. The staff of TverRomance makes every effort to ensure that the women in the program view Users' profiles prior to corresponding.
   d.  Videos, Telephone communication, other services
               i. Video interviews, weekly telephone communications, personal consultations and matchmaking services are available to Members of our program only.
   e.  Telephone Communication
               i.Full Memberships include free 15 minutes per week of translated calling time. You may invite any lady in our program for a telephone conversation
5. Trip Packages
   a.  Payment
               i. Payments for trip packages must be received no later than 21 days prior to arrival so that we may adequately prepare your lodging, arrange for transportation, and schedule introductions and interpreters.
   b.  Introductions
               i. Your Personal Representative will work with you to develop a list of women of whom you would like to meet, and will schedule your introductions in accordance with your preferences to the best of their ability.
               ii. We cannot guarantee any woman's availability on any given day. We therefore recommend that you submit your "wish list" well in advance to avoid scheduling difficulties.
   c.  Lodging
               i. All Trip Packages include lodging for the duration of your stay.
               ii. Basic Trip Packages include accommodations in a Russian-style apartment located within the Tver city center and are equipped with hot water, full kitchen, bath, television, and telephone.
               iii. Deluxe Packages include optional accommodations at one of the hotels listed and described on our website (see Romance Tour Description page). Prices vary according to hotel, size, and type of room.
               iv. Prices of Deluxe Packages are subject to change with little or no notice, depending on the hotel. Please inquire before booking a Deluxe Package, so that we may confirm any price changes.
   d.  Airport Transfers
               i. Airport transfers to and from Moscow and Tver are included with all trip packages.
   e.  Interpreters
               i. Interpreters generally work in shifts from 10am-4pm and 4pm-10pm, and are available as required before and after these shifts.
               ii. Interpreters are "on-call" during "off-shift" hours, and are available as needed.
               iii. Cost of interpreters is included in the price of each Trip Package, however tips and other side expenses (such as food and cab fare) are not included in the package price . Please, tip your interpreters.
   f.  Visa Registration
               i. Fees for visa registration in Tver (a requirement for all foreign visitors to Russia ) are complimentary, and are included with all trip packages.
   g.  Side Trips
               i. Local excursions, as well as trips to Moscow and St. Petersburg will be handled on an individual basis.
   
6. Fiancee/Spouse Visa Support
   a.  When you are ready to file for a Fiancee or Spouse Visa, TverRomance staff will assist in gathering the necessary official documents and other materials required for your country of residence. This activity can usually be done in two business days.

Other Services

1. Gift Giving Service
   a.  Payment
               i. Payments for Gift Giving service must be received before delivery.
   b.  Delivery
               i. Due to payment processing, time zone differences, etc., TverRomance can only guarantee gift delivery 48 hours after receipt of payment . We therefore highly recommend that gifts related to specific dates, such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc., be purchased 3 or more days in advance.
               ii. With regard to nationally observed holidays, such as Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Christmas/New Year, etc., we require a minimum of 5 days advance purchase for all gifts, so that we may ensure timely acquisition and delivery.
               iii. TverRomance Gift Giving service is available to Members, Users, as well as non-members of TverRomance dating service.
               iv. The Gift Giving service delivers gifts to women who are enrolled in the TverRomance dating service, as well as any other individuals residing in Tver, if you provide contact and shipping information of the addressee.
   c.  Photos
               i. Gifts purchased through TverRomance include a complimentary digital photo to be taken at the time of delivery, at no additional cost for Full Members of TverRomance .
   TverRomance will not be held responsible should a complimentary photo not be rendered for whatever reason (woman's refusal to take it, technical or logistical problems, etc.). We will, however, make our best effort to take the complimentary photo.
2. Language Classes
   a.  Language classes will be arranged on a case-by-case basis to accommodate individual ability level, scheduling, etc. Please contact_us@tverromance.com for more details and to make arrangements.

Website

1. Women's Photos, Videos, and Profiles
   a.  TverRomance guarantees the accuracy of information presented on our website, including women's profiles, photos, and videos as it was provided to us.
   b.  All women are required to provide official proof of their age, marital status, and parental obligations, and must sign the information they provide to us upon joining the program.
   c.  Photos, videos, and written materials contained in www.tverromance.com are the property of TverRomance and may not be distributed in any form without permission.

"Anti-Scam"

1. Removal From Program
   a.  Any woman thought to be engaged in conduct that is not consistent with pursuing a potential long term relationship with any of our members will be removed from the program.
   b.  We will remove any woman from our database who requests that we do so, without question.
   c.  We reserve the right to remove any woman from the program at any time.

2. Other Agencies
   a.  We will remove any woman from our database who is known to have established a committed relationship though another agency.
   b.  We have working agreements with other local Tver agencies to remove from their database any woman who establishes a committed relationship through TverRomance .

Privacy

1. Release of Member/User Information
   a.  Information about any of our members, including personal contact information, correspondence, etc., is strictly confidential and will not be released to any third party without the express consent of that Member/ User.
   b.  Personal contact information will be removed from all correspondence.

2. Release of Women's Information
   a.  Women's personal contact information is strictly confidential, and will not be released for any reason.
   b.  TverRomance does not conduct in the sale of personal contact information under any circumstances.

Payments

1. Technical Issues
   a.  If you experience any technical issues with our website, videos, or your login and password, please e-mail us at contact_us@tverromance.com and we will work with you to resolve the problem immediately.

2. Membership/ Correspondence Credits Issues
   a.  If you experience problems with your membership, or are unsatisfied with our service, please contact your Personal Representative or e-mail contact_us@tverromance.com and we will do our best to solve any issues you may be having.

Refunds

1. Memberships/ Correspondence Credits
   a.  TverRomance offers a free 15 day trial period for all users before becoming a Full Member or purchasing Correspondence Credits, this is done in order to allow ALL users the ability to view and see how the site works in its entirety with only limitations to its use, before joining as a Full Member or purchasing Correspondence Credits. TverRomance has no refund policy after services have been used in the same way that any organization has, unless the goods are defective in any way. If you feel that your services have been defective in any way please e-mail contact_us@tverromance.com with the reasons for your refund plus a copy of your user registration details and Transaction id Number or Payment invoice, without this we will be unable to help. All refunds will be made within 30 days of the user's application. If a refund is granted then this will be on a prorated basis for how long you used the membership

2. Trip Packages
   a.  Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival may receive up to a 95% refund, or 100% credit toward a future trip.
   b.  Cancellations made 13 through 7 days in advance of scheduled arrival may receive up to a 75% refund, or 100% credit toward a future trip.
   c.  Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of scheduled arrival may receive up to a 50% refund, or 80% credit toward a future trip.
   d.  Credit toward future trips, received as the result of a cancellation, is subject to the same cancellation restrictions stated above, but is non-refundable.

3. Other Services
   a.  All other auxiliary services, including gifts, language classes, etc., are non-refundable.

Legal Notices: Responsibility, Liability, and Indemnity

1. Responsibility
   a.  TverRomance is in no way responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of the introduction and or communication of members via the Site.
   b.  Although TverRomance reserves the right to monitor the correspondence between members, it is known and acknowledged by the User that TverRomance has no control or input in the communication or interaction between the members on its Site.
   c . Users of the website and Members of TverRomance agree to hold harmless TverRomance , its employees, directors, agents and affiliates from any claims that may arise from the use of this site, and communication and or personal interaction with other Users of this Site
2. Limitation of Liability
   a.  TverRomance will not be liable to the Users of the website, Members of TverRomance , or any third person for any damages, whether direct or indirect, or punitive damages (except where prohibited).
   b.  In no event will the extent of the damages exceed the amount actually paid, if any, by the user.

3. Indemnity
   a.  Users of the website and Members of TverRomance agree to indemnify and hold TverRomance , as well as its employees, directors and affiliates harmless from any damages, demands or losses that may result from the use of this Site or enrollment in the dating program.

4. Changes in Terms and Conditions
   a.  We reserve the right at any time to:
   •  Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
   •  Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Site;
   •  Change any fees or charges for using the Site.
   Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by means including, without limitation, posting on the Site or email. Your use of the Site after such notice will be deemed acceptance of the changes. Be sure to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not register for the TverRomance Service or otherwise access or use this Site.

5. Others
   a.  The order in which the items are listed in the Terms and Conditions does not affect or denote the priority of each term or condition in any way. Our failure to enforce any violations of any of the terms and conditions in no way waives our right for future enforcement.

The Member/ User certifies that the Member/ User has read and agrees to be bound by these TverRomance Terms and Conditions.
